I seriously don't know a single person to return their iPhone for any issue whatsoever. There were a few software glitches, but for me to bring that up is like the pot calling the kettle--uh, something way worse than black...
All I want for Christmas is the OPPORTUNITY to BUY a mythical "near-perfect" Touch Pro.
If everyone just holds onto their Pro without returning, even though they aren't 100% satisfied, you are telling Sprint and HTC that they can just do this again... It cost them MUCH LESS to have poor QC, and cheaper designers/engineers/etc, and now they know they don't need to pay for better ones... Although, they probably hurt more than ever with the Sprint Pro, since so many people DID end up returning it.
/me crosses his fingers for a good Pro...

It could be the other way around... Sprint wanted to spend the least they could on the Pro knowing there would be a lot of returns, no matter what they did with the design, some things were obvisouly compromised in
cost, and many of the complaints are just universal from the way the phone was designed. No matter what, the KB will become loose over time as an example, and this phone is no different in design from the GSM version when it comes to the slider mechanism. I would be very surprised if I am wrong about this...
I waste my fingers typing this... I don't think you would ever understand so why should I try? You are so demanding, I know I could never make you happy...
