I'm on my first one (thankfully I got lucky i guess?) and it's got wiggle in the screen, a gap between the keyboard, and occasionally it locks up or the screen doesn't turn on, but you dont see me runnin for the sprint store.

Simply put, you are the perfect customer. You just don't care that a $579 phone has poor build quality.
I would probably forgive all that stuff if it didn't overheat--but since every single one I had, did, then when their "powers combine," it's one big stinkfest.
I've kind of got my eye on the Fuze, but with it's terrible GPS reception and/or AT&T's strangle-hold on the GPS, it's pretty much a deal-breaker... I guess at least it wouldn't overheat at all, and would easily last all day--since it's GSM... plus you can use data while on a phone call, which is pretty cool... but if the GPS flops, I would think a lot of people would be unhappy...
