Are you suggesting that, here in the Los Angeles area, where there is no Altel cell sites, that Verizon simply turns DO roaming on for Sprint simply because of their inherited agreement between Altel and Sprint (and that they cannot identify an Altel user versus Sprint user)?
Are you suggesting that all of the Sprint readers on this forum all now can roam on DO on Verizon's network?
If so, it would make the OP's question moot, for he would already be roaming on DO! Keep believing it dude--it's Christmas! Yea, I trust YOU! LOL!

Ok. I live in CT where there are no Altell sites, and I roam on EVDO. Who would you say I am roaming on? Hmm...lets see. Verizon maybe?
And it doesn't make his question "moot". You will not roam all the time without doing the registry edits so that you can select side B to always roam. Without it, unless you have no coverage at all on sprint, you will not roam (obviously). That is the whole point of roaming. So, for those that have Sprint coverage (1x), and do not roam because of it, you can force your phone to roam and perhaps get on Verizon EVDO. Which I and others are doing.
But, anyways, again, I live in CT where there are no Altell sites, and I roam on EVDO. Who's network would you say I am roaming on?
