I think asking for shutter speed and aperture control on a phone is a bit much. It would be nice - don't get me wrong, but for being a camera attached to a phone, its still pretty good. As for the motion blur, I only get it if I move the camera after the focus beep and before the shutter sound. If you wait long enough, even if the object is moving, it will freeze the action.
