The PRL updater doesn't work on most custom roms, at least not on Juggalo's yet and I think that also causes issues with having CS push an update as the last time I tried this using Juggalo's rom, the update never happened which is why I ended up doing a manual update to 60650. But there was a prl file for that. Also, I know it's for roaming, but I still like to have my stuff updated even if it really won't effect me
