I agree. I think member duration should hold a little more weight. Im not saying alot just a little more.
For example: lattisimo. I would hardly consider him a Noob. After all the beta testing he has done on all of his devices and all knowledge that he has p***** on maybe not in the forums but in person in my case, I think Noob is a bit below him. anyway just my 2 cents.
