I'm assuming you're talking about a custom ROM, but the short answer is "no." I believe with the 6800/Mogul, the device needs to be unlocked before you can flash a customized ROM. Do a search for unlockers. If your experience with PPC's is limited, I would again caution you to really get an understanding of how your device operates and to get comfortable with it and the WM OS before playing around with the ROM. I had my 700WX nearly a year before I did my first ROM flash. It's very easy to brick your device if you don't have a good understanding of your device and it's limitations before you flash. The last thing you want is a $400 paperweight.
