The replacement I got last week isn't a new revision. It did have a super messed up screen though see here.

I just looked at your picture of the screen and man that doesn't look right at all. I'm not sure if it was the camera or your phone. I suggest you to return it immediately.
Plus, since you just got a replacement, is your battery life gotten better and does it still over heat while charging.
I have notice i can last a day easily ( have not install s2u2 and configured email.), plus, my phone doesn't get extremely hot while i am charging matter a fact it doesn't get hot at all.
