did some searching so far this is the best i found. Not sure if they change the battery icon, bluetooth etc but they do change the home, mail, email icons. Its on xda. Thanks to them.

The icons are in cab files on the page and they work very nicely. However they dont change the battery icon, bluetooth icon, evdo etc. Hope this can provide some help and someone can provide some that will change the upper icons.
