Yep - installed and works beautifully. I have it set to unlock only using the slider.

Stylus unlock feature works perfectly in my tests, but I turned it off. Tried the g-sensor unlock, but didn't like it (I guess it just looks silly to me - and kind of inappropriate if you catch my drift). Didn't try the light sensor either, so YMMV. The new version added a center button unlock mechanism too, which I haven't tested either. But I imagine it works just fine.

As far as simply locking and unlocking goes, it simply kills s2u2 (in regards to sliding since thats the only way I want to have to unlock). Virtually no lag with the slider - no matter how long my phone was idle. Never does that thing where s2u2 shows the home screen for a split second then goes back to the lock screen. Also have not had ANY problems whatsoever with answering calls (I set it so that I unlock then press answer currently, but I did test the slider to answer/ignore and it worked just fine for me too). Also haven't tested the dialer because I read a few posts back people were having problems getting the original back.

Definitely worth the $12 imho.
