1. Yes you can.
2. Use the BuildOs with build 20748. I find that to be the best.
3. You can do it over the phone. If they say "This isn't an Alltel phone". Tell them "It says Alltel when I turn it on".
4. There are several iPhone Themes you can use with the 6700 as well as some other themes which are really very Powerful and creative.
