1. Insurance looks like a definite for me. I don't trust this device one bit. Especially over a 2 year period. Since I'm not a heavy user, I think I can get by with the phone's battery limitations as long as it doesn't get ridiculous and as long as everything else works OK.
3. My keyboard is brighter around the left numbers, but it's not a big deal and barely noticable. No problem.
5. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that in my list. I received a new voicemail notification 2 times when I was sitting right in front of my phone and it didn't ring. Completely unacceptable! I called each person back and they said they heard the phone ringing but I didn't pick up. well, it's hard for me to pick-up if the phone doesn't ring.
If Sprint's line-up of smartphones wasn't so horrendous, I wouldn't give this more than a second's thought to return. I'm studying for the CPA so I don't have time to play this return/exchange/return/exchange game and hope to luck into a better TP (if they are even out there) after the 5th try.
But when I have more time and with my insurance, Best Buy better be prepared for lots of visits from me. I'm not going to accept a phone freezing when I charge it if I don't baby it the right way. And I'm not going to adapt my use of the phone to make up for the subpar battery ("oh no, can I browse the internet for 5 mins now? I "only" have 5 bars and I might need to make a 20 minute call later and receive some texts..... hmmmm, I better not.... gotta save the battery")
