i followed the whole thing closely when it went down and sprint never came out and said arcsoft threatened to sue, but implied heavily that mms was blocked because of the warez of the arcsoft mms program. reading over the info at the time i got the impression that arcsoft had sent a letter to sprint threatening legal action and sprint complied. of course sprint handled the whole thing horribly
PR wise and came out of it as the bad guy in meny peoples eyes.
