Hi everyone-

First time poster, long time lurker...

Well, I searched high and low on this forum and in my phone settings and I just can't seem to find the answers to (hopefully) a couple of easy questions.

1) How do I reset my voicemail notification on the Touch Pro? I have no new messages but the icon at the top and the "1 New Voicemail" message on the TF3D home screen will not go away.

2) How do I increase or decrease the number of rings before voicemail picks up? Right now it seems to ring randomly somewhere between 3-5 times before the call goes to VM. I think I am experiencing the ring delay issue that others have mentioned, but I cannot seem to find a good fix for that either.
