Back when the Arcsoft application worked on Sprint the first time, then it became blocked, most of the ppc community went insane blaming Sprint, saying they didn't want us sending picturemail and threatening to file a class action suit and all this nonsense, when it was Arcsoft who demanded it be blocked.

Basically they were suing because the program isn't a free program, the carriers pay for it per device, but it was being used on countless Sprint phones and Arcsoft wasn't being paid for it.

I did some searching and did not find anything on any lawsuit or threats of a lawsuit.... you sure it wasn't just speculation, or Sprint trying to prevent a lawsuit?
