Ok, so after a little conversation with a manager they have agreed to give me a Touch Diamond. I just couldn't get over the lack of RAM. I have to go to a Sprint store today to have them verify that my Touch is indeed broken again and my new phone should be on its way. I'll keep everyone posted. Thanks for the replies.
