Try disabling the sirius proxy in the Sirius Settings page. You won't get song information, but it may connect. If that doesn't work then the best thing I can tell you is enable logging, reproduce the problem, and send me the information via private e-mail.

The Log files can be found in the "Program files\C-ApiSRO\log" folder. YOU WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THIS FILE if C-ApiSRO is running or you have logging enabled. Once you have reproduced the problem you'll need to either shut C-ApiSRO down or disable logging to read or delete the log file.
