Well, there are many different kinds of themes, for all different kids of programs. There are the simple .tsk files, that all you need to do is drop them in the Windows directory on your device, and then select the theme from Today in the settings menu.
However, there are also many "themes" you can download that require specific programs. These include Wisbar Advance (Lite/2), Wisbar Advanced Desktop, PocketBreeze, and many others. For more specific help, we will need to know what kind of theme it is, and what program it uses. Go back to where you downloaded it, and there should be some sort of info on what program(s) it uses.
