Catman51 - I liked your layout idea and have adopted it myself. I've made a minor tweak to the update time that you might like - moving it to the
header bar:
If you like this, change your update time section to this:

I've updated the theme download accordingly. For others: To display the current time in the WeatherPanel theme, go to:
WeatherPanel settings->Display tab and change
Time Display to
Local Time.
