ugh.. ok.. my problem seems to stem from me buying an Instinct this past summer.. I purchased, then returned within a day or 2, but had to keep the horrible contract ..

now they're saying they have no proof that i don't still have that phone(i'm using a vogue at the moment)..

Anyone have an idea what i could tell retentions/customer care to resolve this sit.
