I just started getting them too. When I first got my phone I setup my yahoo account and it worked fine. Then I did some tested with my work exchange server but ended up just deleting that account all together. Then yahoo started to prompt me for username and password. I gave it a few weeks and it didnt stop so I deleted the yahoo acount and re-added it. It worked great. No prompts for about a month or 2. But just last week it started prompting me again. I only have my yahoo account setup at this time. I havent had a chance to delete the account and recreate but you guys might want to give it a shot.
