Here is the files and the order as well if anyone is interested....i am installing it now on my Pro and see how it works...
the order given in the link says:

1. Install cert.cab
2. Install bell_uixb0.cab
3. Install bell3.cab
4. Install express.cab
5. reboot

has it been just that simple for most? or are there still other workarounds in addition to this?
