Just FYI the cpl file is the one for the Soft Key applet which i somehow installed two of on in my kitchen. The two file names are:
*SoftKeyAppletEx.cpl
*SoftKeyApplet.cpl
EDIT: The reason why i am doing this is because the two icons appear in my settings and well it's annoying  |
Those files are built into the ROM and cannot be deleted. If you want to remove them you will need to build your own from using the ROM Kitchen.
