I installed the newest real release of pandora and still crummy quality.. sounds like 56k... so I opened the installed .exe(with notepad) .. there is 2 instances of "56".. and it's a shot in the dark but ..thought if anyone knows how to edit the exe with a hex editor could change one or both of these values to 128 or whatever to see if it did the trick.
