Yea i'd have to admit i did not feel upset when the Sprint CS told me they couldn't help me and to call Asurion....
Sprint has actually been great with me recently...there has been numerous occasions in the past few months were they have helped and gone beyond the normal....i had almost given up on em till recently....the past year or so i almost forgot that they gave credits or offered promo costs when you called in with a complaint.
All in all im happy with the whole situation my diamond should be here tomorrow morning can't wait
