Good luck trying to ADD SERO (ans no, I'm not talking about the old one, but the new one) if you buy this phone from Best Buy. I spent 2 hours on the phone being pa ssed around and around. They kept telling me I needed to buy one from Telesales or sprint.com/sero to get it, but they are unavailable from there. Someone finally got me Free & Clear 1000 with unlimited text, data, and picture mail for $40. I didn't even ask for that stuff, as I had just wanted the Everything Plus 500 plan, but he said he'd just give it to me since he couldn't figure out how to put me on SERO. They sent an email confirmation of the plan change, but not the txt/data. I hope it sticks.
