You would have gotten a refund if you would have returned your phone within the first 30 days and could have at least negotiated an exchange within the first 90 if it was that bad.

The phone works for me and a couple hundred thousand others. You just have to know how to touch her. Oh yea, they did offer you a 700wx which while not perfect was actually more expensive than the 6700.

My Ppc-6700 was highly offended and you went too far by saying sprint screwed you. 700,000 people got bent over last week by apple. Now i really feel for them.

Which is all this was about. You getting a free phone. Not sprint screwing you or the lowly rep that lied to you. You wanted a free phone but not just any free phone. One of the hottest newest free phones which also happened to be an upgrade to what you had.
