Search around though. Most stickies and guides will tell you that the color screen means it's not bricked. The screen simply means the phone is in bootloader. From what you stated your phone is not unlocked. I bet you tried to flash to a custom ROM. Well, if your phone is locked that aint gonna work. Use either
nueSPL or
Olipro 2.40. Then you can flash a custom ROM. Hope this helps and please use the
