Dude, you should'a read my earlier posts, just go to this site:

and you shouldn't have any problems. It's HTC's own app for upgrading your phone. Each phone even down to each phone per carrier has it's own utility. All you should have to do is download the app, run it, click "start upgrade" and just wait 10 or 15 minutes. That's all it was for me.
