...again both Gif's are in the "My Device/Windows" folder.
Simply replace these two animated gif's with your own custom ones and name them what the originals are named. No need for any "personalization" program or custom rom.
Edit -- what I haven't found is the "Touch Diamond" logo at the VERY start up of the phone anywhere. Anybody who knows where that one is gets a shiny penny.

How about the sound at start up...that bothers me more than the animation. Do you know how to turn it off?
