Dear experts, I'd appreciate your suggestions.

I try to relock my Bell Touch for the purpose of warranty,
but it fails.

Now I have 2.31 SPL and latest Bell GPS 3.09.666.1 ROM

I run RoMUpdateUtility.exe from the 0.40 unlocker,
it quickly (few seconds) reaches 100% saying that
update completed successfully, but nothinn changes -
I'm still with 2.31 on the rainbow screen...
