I would have to disagree. I think this is the fastest that I have used (I have used all of JD's TP ROMs). I don't even want to try another one.
Edit: Just a FYI, I tried renaming the wallpaper I wanted to use to P_BG.png and replaced the file in /Windows and that didn't work.
