I'm just saying it's amazing that they said "here's a refund... and keep the card too!", especially when nothing is wrong with the card. I remember one time I had to return a defective product. I had to pay for shipping to return the thing. i emailed customer service and they gave me a refund on the shipping AND gave me a 15% off coupon on my next purchase.
