Found it from XDA:
For the HD keyboard
1- Install FdcSoft TaskMgr wm2005_3.1.cab
(http://www.dotfred.net/TaskMgr.htm)
2- from Programs > systems > taskmanger
3- close SIPGT_app.exe
4 Install Touch HD Keyboard cab
