To the OP, try this. If your phone is unlocked (says cmonex 1.37 on the bootloader screen [hold power, vol down and reset to get to bootloader]), get a micro sd card download this file:

Once you un-rar that file. Load it onto a micro sd card and rename it to RAPHIMG.nbh
Then insert it in your phone and put the phone in bootloader mode by pressing power, vol down and holding the stylus in the reset hole until the multi colored screen cones up. That will load the rom from the card
