Saridnour: no joy on resetting the buttons. Been there, done that. I did do the button 5 fix for Voice Command which worked.
It seems to be related to Wisbar. None of the press and hold commands for the softkeys that are defined in Wisbar work either.
I'm working around the problem right now with Smartskey, using it to remap Start to press and hold the left softkey.
dang: just as an additional data point, I'm a Verizon user and some but not all ## features worked for me. Field test mode didn't, but that doesn't matter because I can use fieldtrial.exe. The code for going into program mode did work, that's really the only one you'd need to use anyways (e.g. to change voice codec's, etc.)
