Let me explain my steps. I had a recently deactivated Verizon XV6900. I followed the instructions and used the unlocker...then flased with Bell OEM for radio upgrade (I installed the Verizon carrier cab and still could not make calls)...Then I installed M2D v3 to see if that made a difference but it was the same. I again tried the Verizon carrier cab and even a newer one that i found but no luck.
After this was done I did an ESN swap with my current phone XV6900 on Verizon however I could not activate the phone via *228 etc. and when I try this it just tells me to call Verizon for help. Any help to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated

the most common mistake is letting the carrier customization run when flashing an official rom that is not your carrier....in this case, flashing the official bell rom. you shouldnt have to enter anything in EPST. did u make sure you soft reset b4 carrier customization ran?
also, it is very common for Verizon users to have to call CS to get an A key (authorization) after upgrading the radio the 1st time.
You may be better off flashing the new leaked Verizon rom 1st b4 flashing my custom....in this case let the carrier customization run to get the Verizon settings.

sorry, but I no longer have the touch so I wont be making a VZW rom......try the new leaked Verizon rom....link above.
