Also got mine from ebay and looks identical to the first one you have listed. The only thing I am not happy about is that they didn't open up the power button and volume area on both pieces. I have a case I got for the diamond that has those area's opened up more and it made it much easier to use those buttons. Other then that though, I am happy especially since I only spent about $7 with shipping.
