read the entire thread and saw where someone had the same issue i am having, but the fix given does not work for me. in my first attempt i tried to rearrange tabs, remove some, and add the call history tab. everything worked other than the call history tab. it was there and it looked good, but once i tried to leave that tab TF3D would freeze. so i tried it again and only added the call history tab to the very end as to not ditrurb the other tabs, and it does the same thing. i have verified that 1d1ee632_manila is in the windows directory, but it still does not work. ideas?

i took a screenshot of the 1d1ee632_manila file. is this what it is supposed to look like?
