yea i had the same issues with my mogul and i was fed up because i had to wait in the store from 630pm to 11pm (the mall cloess at 930 btw) just for them to exchange my phone. To make matters worst the phone i recieved had more issues than my previous phone and i was on my 5th refurbished phone. A while i ended up having to wait for the touch pro to come out and i ended up getting it for $5
