I dumped the rom off my MTS Diamond but it was done after it had been set up and many programs and files added.
Questions are:

If best to be dumped when virgin or just after hard reset....Why?
If just hard reset what are the minimum programs or changes required to make Diamond ready to dump rom? Security reg. change? itsutils.dll added to Windows Dir? and possibly .net3.5?
