Question for you Con... in an effort to max out my battery life I'm thinking that radio upgrades may be a part in the short life span i've had lately.... what radio are you using, what are you hearing about the options out there?

Right now I am using 1.04 radio. I have found that it does help me get better reception, well that is a toss up to. I am on the boarder line of EVDO. with the older radios. I would get EVDO sometime, not always. With the 1.04 radio. I am almost always in evdo. but since I am in evdo area, I tend to drop calls because it will try and jump and then drop the call.

I have heard some ppl say that the 1.04 radio caused worse battery life, that was on the pro though. I do not notice anything with the barrery life, but I am also not a good judge, since I am always close to a computer and have them plug in. So I am not sure.

I do think I get better reception with the 1.04 radio though.

12:30 pm. Adding in Custom Cities to database. and then I will upload. I have a gps lock. And I am sending and recieving MMS. I gotta leave for a while at 1. So it might not be until later this afternoon.
