Ok so i hate calling sprint tech support, so i called the closes thing to it, Blasphemous_prime! lol
I've searched and found nothing relating to the Pro, but i'm sure this is a repeat of all other data issues...
here is what worked with me the FIRST time around:
1. Get your MSL code using BAF MSL Grabber:
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=43560 and write it down
2. type ##3282# (##DATA#) in your phone pad
3. Hit Edit and type in your MSL
4. there are 4 lines to look for:
to edit one, tap n hold, select edit. Just to be safe, write down the old one!

ACTIVE PROFILE - which is probably 0 but should be set to 1(i had to do this)
-
USERNAME - which should be ur sprint email address
xxxxx@sprintpcs.com.

HA SHARED SECRET(Hex) - this should say "secret" and leave it that way

AAA SHARED SECRET(Hex) - this was my password (pin) i use with sprint customer service. My old pin/password was in there, so i changed that to the what i recently changed it to a few days prior.
5. Hit OK at the top right corner, it'll ask you to update, hit yes, it'll ask to reboot and say ok.
6. After your phone reboots, go into Start>Settings>System and hit Update Profile... your profile should successfully update and you will now have DATA!!!
