You need to get the latest USCC PRL file and load it on the phone.
You can try *228 but I dont think that will work since you are on Sprint.
I've never recovered from this issue, so not sure what needs to be done to resolve it completely.
Did you by any chance use QPST to backup your phone before flashing?
