This ROM is Windows Mobile 5 but is clean and very fast and snappy. I love my Windows Mobile 6 and Windows Mobile 6.1but this ROM beats all on the 6700.
They key to this ROM is that it's very clean. There's not a lot of programs and garbage pre-installed. You will love this!
So enough talking here it is, I also have hosted the Verizon and Generic verison at the same place. If you are not Sprint or Verizon use the Generic!

I tried the links and they failed. I was hoping the "Generic" one would work with Bell Mobility
