Just traded mine in on a 11-21 build date, d-pad is lower than 11-2 build, but send button corner is already lifted out of the box. internet with tethering is 2x faster for some reason, battery door doesn't click *yet* keyboard seems more solid. no news on battery performance or heat issue, I haven't abused it that hard yet, touch screen seems more responsive.
