Yep. most oem making programs will generate:
@="Program Files\\GoogleMaps\\GoogleMaps.exe""" -KML_FILE """%%1"

and needs to be changed to:

@="\"\\Windows\\GoogleMaps.exe\" -KML_FILE \"%1\""

There are about 3 of these in this OEM. But I'm marking this oem good as posted before. (didn't have a chance to flash it and test until now...)
