The archive that I attached included an animated gif file "VZW_Startup.gif".
Where on your phone did you copy this file?
If you renamed the file, what name did you give it?

The rom has a start animation that says windows mobile that it is loading the OS then it goes to the welcomehead which I changed but I just renamed it welcomehead.96.png and it is just a still image of the gif you sent me. Now as a still image(png file) the verizon image pops up fine as the welcomehead. But... If I try to change it to the gif file you provided which I renamed welcomehead.96.gif the animation freezes. I have searched to try and find the boot animation that is the windows mobile screen that says its loading my OS and settings but I can't find it. The file you provided is now renamed welcomehead.96.gif and is in the windows folder.
