I just spoke with technical support, level whatever (not 1 though.) Basically I spoke to a supervisor.

Heres the skinny: They will NOT forward my calls conditionally to another voicemail service. Many technical support people have been getting in trouble for doing so. It bypasses the 20 cent per minute charge, yes, but they have made it common knowledge for all the techs now to say no to these requests.
