The scam I got was a little different though. On the reciept, it had a different account number, but -> the authorization code was all zeros, it should have been populated<- This smells like an inside job to me.

Now, with me knowing it was a scam, me going out of my way losing 1 hr of minutes on the phone with sprint and 45 minutes with assurion to show its a scam and they do nothing in return, are you going to sue me too?
Lets see in all my posts I re-read over and over, I am unable to find the part where I said I was going to sue someone. I think if you would have stopped and thought before that last comment you would see that I said people should work with Sprint's fraud department. If they are not going to do anything about it, that is up too them, not me. What else should you do about it, not sure as you contacted Sprint and Asurion.

All I know is my account was used for this scam and I did not buy a phone off ebay. How would you feel if someone was using your account for insurance fraud, I think you would work to press charges against them also. Anyhow, hopefully Sprint and Asurion have a trail to follow to bring the scammers to justice, not anyone that was scammed either by buying a phone or had their account used as part of it.
